As a breeder we retain the odd filly to keep on breeding but we sell most of our young stock with the foundations for the new owners to enjoy and take onto their chosen horse discipline.

The training process for Bydand stock horses varies with each horse. They are typically broken in at 2 or 3 years old and gradually take on farm jobs and work with stock. Our horses gain extensive farm experience and are put through an obstacle course to challenge and develop their skills.
